White Bear Lake senior living community is located about 20 minutes from downtown St. Paul and just four blocks from the western shores of White Bear Lake, one of the Twin Cities' largest and most popular lakes. White Bear Lake Care Center opened in 1957 with assisted and independent living apartments added in the mid 1980s.
The Care Center offers a community-like setting where residents live in one of six "neighborhoods," including one for memory care. Each neighborhood is equipped with a resident lounge area with small kitchen and cable television.
Cerenity Residence of White Bear Lake offers 43 apartments in a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. The Residence is connected via walkway to the adjacent Care Center, which makes it convenient for tenants to visit loved ones or old friends in the Care Center. Tenants keep a busy schedule if they wish, with a lot of activities to choose from each day.
Cerenity Transitional Care of White Bear Lake is located on the second floor of the Care Center and provides short-term round-the-clock skilled nursing and rehabilitative therapies for 26 clients. It also offers a special bariatric room for larger clients with bariatric accommodations and equipment.
