The Cerenity Senior Care - Marian of Saint Paul campus offers a wide array of housing options and healthcare services for its senior living community. The campus includes independent living, assisted living, memory care/assisted living, DayAway Adult Day Center, board and care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation therapies. "Marian of Saint Paul" is located across the street from Mounds Park, which sits on the majestic bluffs overlooking downtown St. Paul and the Mississippi River Valley.
Marian of Saint Paul is well-known in the community for its strong Catholic heritage. The inspiring Chapel of St. Mary is adorned with an intricately-carved wooden wall sculpture of Jesus on the Cross, natural limestone brickwork, and a separate adoration/reflection room and family room. Spiritual care is an integral part of Marian of Saint Paul's approach to caring for an individual's entire well-being. Mass takes place six days a week and a non-denominational service is available once a week. An on-site spiritual care coordinator provides one-on-one pastoral visits for residents, tenants, and family members.
The Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies for up to 90 residents. Board and Care is provided for up to 29 residents in private rooms. Memory care/assisted living is also available for up to 30 residents. Finally, "DayAway" is an adult day center that offers engaging activities and basic personal cares five days a week to give caregivers a break.

The Residence also offers dining options including spacious and festively-decorated dining rooms with a fireplace overlooking the beautiful courtyard which features a putting green, walking path and pond. A Sports Pub, Sidewalk Café and a private dining room are ideal for entertaining up to ten guests. The Gardening Room features a three-season porch ideal for relaxing in the warmer months.
