CLINICAL MANAGER

Duties:   Responsible for daily operations within nursing team on a 21 bed neighborhood area of facility.  Includes staff support and management, care conferences, resident & family communication and communication to community resources. Must be able to set priorities, delegate work, support conflict resolution, and problem solving.  Must be able to work in an interdisciplinary team environment.   Will additionally coordinate & facilitate facility infection control and wound care programs.

Qualifications:  Current Minnesota nursing license in good standing.  Previous experience as a nursing manager preferred.  Knowledge of infection control and wound care programs beneficial.
