The RN plans, supervises and evaluates care of each patient/resident. The RN ensures that the status of the patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician
Qualifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, which must be in good standing. Must be CPR certified; have good communication skills, be able to read, write and communicate in English. Clinical experience preferred. |

Duties: The Nursing Assistant (NAR) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse. The Nursing Assistant completes assigned tasks to ensure timely, efficient and safe patient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents, families and other health team members is an essential component of this position.
Qualifications: Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry. Must have good communication skills; be able to read, write and communicate in English; and basic computer skills or willingness to acquire during orientation. Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred. |
