Director of Human ResourcesPosting Date: 11/13/2008 Duties:Provides Human Resources support for the site. Administers HR functions, including the administration of internal and external staffing programs, compensation and benefits, legal compliance, labor relations, management support and employee relations / advocacy. Manages department workflow, orientation and development. Also works closely on system initiatives with the HR Directors at the 4 other Cerenity Campuses. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, industrial relations, business or related field. Masters degree or PHR/SPHR certification preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 plus years professional human resources experience or equivalent, preferably in the health care industry, including experience with employee and labor relations, workers compensation, recruitment and retention initiatives, performance management, leadership development, compensation, benefits and project management. |
