Cerenity Senior Care is a faith-based partnership between HealthEast Care System, Benedictine Health System and Clement Manor.
HealthEast Care System is a community-focused, non-profit healthcare system located in St. Paul, Minnesota and the east metropolitan area. Benedictine Health System is a leader in providing acute care, long-term care, adult day services and rehabilitation in nine different states. Clement Manor is a retirement community in Greenfield, Wisconsin, a suburb of Milwaukee. It offers a full continuum of services to promote healthy aging in its facilities and in the community.

Cerenity’s mission is to cultivate independence and dignity by empowering the people they serve in a faith-based partnership through innovation, compassion and excellence.
Faith. Many Cerenity Senior Care residents and tenants choose Cerenity because of its strong faith-based heritage and current spiritual care programs. Cerenity takes pride in providing Catholic Mass and non-denominational services, Bible study, Rosary, and pastoral one on one visits with an on-site spiritual care coordinator.
Cerenity Senior Care believes that Community is the solid foundation of which it must serve and care for people, creating an extended family for each resident in each of its five campuses located in unique neighborhoods.
Compassion emanates from everywhere in Cerenity’s eldercare facilities and programs. Staff is always available to offer support, comfort and encouragement from crisis situations to special recognition events.
